Welcome to AirChord, a service provided by AirChord LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our app, website, or streaming services (the "Service"), you agree to the following Terms of Service.
AirChord enables you to digitize and privately stream physical media you personally own (such as vinyl records, CDs, or tapes) for your own use. Streams are intended solely for consumption by devices associated with your AirChord account. Public broadcasting, rebroadcasting, or making streams available to anyone outside of your account-associated devices is not permitted.
You agree not to share your account or any streamed content with others, and you will not enable access to your streams by devices not associated with your account. All content is for your personal, non-commercial use only, and public broadcasting is prohibited.

The AirChord app, logo, and original software components are the property of AirChord LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the platform without our express permission.
All content you upload or stream via AirChord remains accessible only to you and your devices associated with your AirChord account. AirChord does not provide or host any shared media library, and streams are not intended for public broadcasting. You must ensure that any media you upload originates from physical media you lawfully own. You are solely responsible for the content you digitize and store.
AirChord does not monitor user content, but we may investigate reports of abuse or violations of these Terms.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, performance, or uninterrupted access. You use the Service at your own risk.
In no event shall AirChord LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or reputation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, or for any reason at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions.
