The AirChord app, logo, and original software components are the property of AirChord LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the platform without permission.
If you choose to stream publicly, your content will be accessible to others on the internet and may remain available until deleted by you or removed at our discretion. We do not actively review or moderate public streams but reserve the right to take down content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. You assume all responsibility for any content you broadcast publicly.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, performance, or uninterrupted access. You use the Service at your own risk.
In no event shall AirChord LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or reputation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, or for any reason at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
